Everything that happens on Mile - remains on Mile.

When I started watching this film, I could not think that it would cause such violent emotions. For a long time I have not seen anything that could awaken such strong feelings in the process of viewing me. It was a very memorable moment, like the film itself. I'm indifferent to dramas, it's just not my genre, but everywhere there are exceptions. This film approached me in part, its mystical component, which makes this movie much more interesting for me, because I love mysticism. Without it, there would not have been such a dramatic drama, because a man who was supposed to die by a court sentence would be just a man, not a miracle of God. And just a person I would not be so sorry, therefore, the film would have impressed much less strongly.

I have not read the book, so compare with the original, I do not understand, but I believe that it is good. I also believe that the screen version is not worse than the book.

The film goes three hours with a little, so I thought I'd have time to get bored, but no, all this time flies quickly and almost unnoticed. This is an important thing in the movie - not to let the viewer get bored. Not all the pictures do it. But the green mile is a special movie, the other is simply not and never will be. He has practically no flaws.

In especially dramatic moments, I could not hold back my tears, but after watching for some time I sat still, looking at one point and digesting what had happened. No film made me cry for ten years. So excite my mind was only a unit of paintings. For a long time I could not come to my senses, comprehending what I saw now. And a few more days was impressed. It's just a phenomenon of some kind.

An interesting story that absorbs your attention, you with a sinking heart watch its development, twists and turns, not allowing yourself to relax.

Clearly prescribed characters, very different from each other, good and bad, both among the guards and among the suicide bombers, also focus on each of them. It is interesting to observe each of them. First of all, of course, behind the development of the character of Tom Hanks. His talent can not be doubted, for he brilliantly succeeds in various roles. And in this film he is on top. It was interesting to find out how the confrontation between the hero Hanks and the hero Doug Hutchison will end, which plays the role of an ugly, cowardly, non-muscular, insignificant person, at every opportunity threatening his colleagues with some connections.

Dialogs are interesting to listen to, and some phrases crash into memory right there. There are no stupid speeches, unnecessary scenes, all that is, all on business. The atmosphere perfectly contributes to immersion in the film.

As a result, I realized that this is one of the best films that I watched, I hardly see better. The most emotionally charged picture for me. Immediately falls into my collection. But I will rarely revise it, for some special days. Because, I repeat, this is a special movie, not like everyone else. Without hesitation, I would give him the first place in Top 250.
