The film called "The Green Mile" sunk into my soul, although I expected the film to have a completely different effect. This film once again proves that anywhere in the world you can find a good man, even in prison. So it turned out here, on the Green Mile.

The story in the film is narrated from the mouth of the old resident of the old people's home Paul Edgcombe, who is already far beyond 100. He tells his friend a story about his youth and maturity, about the time when he served as a supervisor in the "E" block in the oldest and coldest prison The Cold Mountain. The film participated in 23 nominations and received 10 awards and 3 "Saturn" prizes.
